Note* Services listed without "Payment Plan" options will be billed via PayPal invoice with the minimum fee listed. Once payment is received Services will be scheduled. Once service is completed the final invoice with Total charges/credits will be sent. A 5% discount will be given if paid in full at the time of service or if invoice is paid upon receipt.

 

PLAN:A

CLEANING MAINTENANCE

SERVICES:

Once a month cleaning of up to 5 unitspreventative maintenance and routine checks.One hour remote troubleshooting/repair Services.

By keeping the equipment your business relies on cleaned and optimized it increases the life of the unit as well as maintaining the efficiency and productivity of your employees.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS INCLUDE REDUCED SERVICE RATES OF:

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Monthly - $65/mo

Any service over the included time is billed at $50/hr for each additional hour.. (1/hr minimum and billed in 1/2 /hr increments.)

PLAN: B - $325.00 per month

BASIC SERVICE:
 Includes Cleaning Maintenance of Plan A, Plus

5/hrs per month of on-site support

1 ½ /hr of Phone support for all equipment.

1 ½ /hr remote troubleshooting/repair Services.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS :

Pickup and Delivery fee is waived Emergency fee $20 Flat Rate (for immediate service response)
Monthly cleaning included
Response time 4 Business Hours Maximum

Includes services of Plan B

with 10/hr per month On-site support and 2/hr per month Phone support.

Any on-site service over the included time is billed at $50/hr for each additional hour.. (1/hr minimum and billed in 1/2 /hr increments.) 3/hrs remote troubleshooting/repair Services.
